Haley Laird
Associate
Haley practices in all areas of family law, advocating for and counseling her clients through every stage of the legal process. She understands the interpersonal complexities of family law matters and crafts a customized approach for each case. Her knowledge and experience range from negotiating settlements to litigating disputes in a wide array of matters including divorce, paternity, child support, spousal maintenance, the division of property and assets, the allocation of parenting time and responsibilities, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Haley is a realistic and attentive advocate for her clients.
Prior to joining Williams, Farmer & Olechno, LLC, Haley clerked at various law firms in Chicago where she focused on both family law and personal injury law. Haley has also worked as a research assistant and was named to the Dean’s List during her time at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
